mixed feelings About the stay
the staff froze ice packs for my medication. that was helpful.
I booked a room with a harbor view. It was awfully loud. i had a terrible headache as a result, but a room change would not have helped.

small room unhelpful staff
the hotel's location was acceptable and near the metro.
the room felt too small. my suitcase barely fit, so moving around was hard. also, the staff did not know much about the area, and that proved unhelpful.
